All customers wishing to use Metro Taxis for their various travel purposes within the UAE are welcome to take advantage of this extensive service. Customers can reserve taxis through our 24-hour dispatch center, or use street flagging (taxis will only stop in safe areas), hospitals, malls, metro stations, and other designated locations.
We are proud to be the first franchise business to launch Taxi operations in April 2000 as part of the Government of Dubai’s strategic plan to regulate the franchised taxi system. What makes Dubai Taxi iconic is the orange rooftop, along with occasional advertisements on the doors and back bumper.
